In Native American traditions, Sweat Lodges have been used for centuries as a way to purify the body and soul and to deepen spiritual connection.
For this particular Sweat Lodge Ceremony, I received the message to bring in the spirit of penguin. Penguin represents community, nurturing, adaptability, endurance, intuition, and balance. Penguins navigate effortlessly between sea and land, representing beings who traverse spiritual and physical realms.
Are you passionate about the art of kissing and eager to explore its depths? Or perhaps you're curious about the allure of kissing and open to discovering its magic? Whether kissing is for you a well-practiced routine or something you don't do so often (yet), this playshop is for you.
In the realm of a kiss, we forge connections, express desire and shyness, unravel the mysteries of our partners, reveal our authentic selves, and navigate the dance of demand and surrender. A simple kiss can transcend into an intimate encounter, creating moments of profound connection.
The pleasure of kissing is not a mere coincidence. This immersive playshop is crafted to delve into diverse qualities and approaches to kissing. Participants will uncover their unique preferences in both giving and receiving kisses, gaining profound insights into the communicative dimensions of this intimate act.
Prepare to embark on a journey of diverse kisses with strangers, friends, and loved ones during this playshop - all on a strictly voluntary basis, of course! Anticipate moments of delightful awkwardness, curiosity, desire, and, most importantly, an abundance of fun!
I warmly welcome individuals of all experience levels, sexual orientations, and varying degrees of boldness and shyness.

Join us for a two-day, non-residential, introductory tantric workshop
in which you will be guided to step deeper into your truth.
Much of our life, especially our intimate life, is heavily constrained by social conditioning - what we have been taught is right, correct, proper, appropriate, good, acceptable, etc. This, however, greatly prevents us from knowing what our own truth is and accordingly often leads to a way of life which greatly caps possibility, self-expression, pleasure and living life to the fullest.
We will take you on a journey using movement, teachings, explorations in small groups, and sharing circles to rediscover and reclaim your truth and start to break down patterns, stories, and mindsets that stand between you and your truth.

How much nudity will there be?
The workshop is consensual in nature - meaning you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do. Given one of the goals of the retreat is to step into deeper love and connection with your body, the exploration of nudity is often a useful one.
How much intimacy will there be?
The understanding of intimacy differs from person to person. For some, contact improvisation can be unbearably intimate, while for others it is as intimate as playing tennis. The emphasis of this retreat is on your empowerment and nurturing. Given this is an introductory tantra workshop, touch will be explored but will be limited to structured exercises.
